How to access free commader from folder shortcut

Hi I did search but being a newbie to Free Commander I might have missed it, so if this has been covered in plain English then please direct me, but otherwise here is what I would like to know.
I have several folders on my quick launch bar in Windows vista 32bit edition. I want to right click on them and have them to then access Free Commander from the menu that comes up, there is no entry presently, so is there a way to launch free commander in this way, as you would with explorer?
Out of interest apart from starting Free Commander then going to a folder etc, is there a way to launch it as you would explorer as the first choice rather than having to start it manually and then having to choose a folder from the directory tree or via a favourite?
Thanks for you time, looks like a great programme so far.
