Forum login issue

I'm sorry I write this here but I don't know where (could an Off-Topic area be added to the forum?)!

I'm having issues with the forum login: the login state is not remembered across sessions. "Log me on automatically each visit" feature has no effect; I always have to re-login!
I've tried clearing the cookies, different browsers (IE8, FF3, FF4, Chrome6, Opera10)... no luck.
I remember it started when you've changed something about the forum regarding more spam protection (quite some time ago but I hopped it's me).

Anyone else experience this?

I can confim this!

Like you said, "Log me on automatically each visit" feature has no effect.
Cookies are allowed, but I find no cookies from "forum.freecommander.com" in the cache.
Tried in Firefox and IE8.
