Is there any special way to select a series of pictures for processing. Normally in Windows if you had a series of files that you wish to select to change names etc. You press shift on the first one & once on the last & all files in between are selected you can then click CTRL on add or delete files from your first selection.
If you do this on thumbnails it selects the first one & when you click on another thumbnail your selection ends up only having the ones that happened to be displayed in the column above. You have to then to use CTRL to add or delete lots of other files that weren't in your selection.
Is there some other way of doing this?
Selection multiple files
Re: Selection multiple files
FreeCommander (the actual Version 2009.02b) selects in thumbnail-view like drawing a rectangular frame.
You click on the first picture and with shift click on an other picture all thumbnails in the rectangular frame are selected.
Explorer does the other way and selects from the first to the last picture by following the rows.
The next version of FreeCommander (XE) will select like explorer.
