Saving Multi rename extensions

When you use multi rename is it possible to delete from the drop down windows previously used extensions or have a default to the input extension?

I did try to create a profile that was just for renaming files but keeping the original extension but that didn't work because the next time I tried to use the default it displayed a different extension to what I wanted. This question comes about because I inadvertently renamed & changed a file & ended up with a different extension.

Maybe try FreeCommander.ini file, section "[History_MultiRenamePatternExt]"
