Hover over Icon Tips and Help Docs

Hello, when I hover over most icons there is no mouse tip on what it is, can I fix this ?
The documentation/help/docs/tips, I found don't really say much about ANY of the icons and not much on the menu items nor what all you can do or should be using them for.
Am I overlooking something ?

Strange, try to backup settings, close FC and then delete the file FreeCommander.ini .

What about files tooltips, Settings > View > Show files tooltips, are these working good?

Hi there Dreamer, Thanks for the reply and very quick one at that, the programs and things I use the
forums and support are usually not very useful or maintained etc etc. I do use a lot of portable apps.
I was looking at the use different ini's, yesterday, and I did try that, at the time it didn't work, but
today, all seems fine. now only if we could add the ability to, or tell me how to do this "make folder
list" thing I am hoping to do, I made a post for that too,
