How to insert new tab (Ctrl+T) just after the active one?

#1 Post by KrzysztofW » 13.07.2012, 08:49

In FreeCommander when I create new tab (Ctrl+T), it shows at the end of all tabs...

How to insert the New Tab just after the Active Tab ?
How to make Ctrl+T hotkey working in that way ?

I couldn't find any such option in settings.
If you helped me, I would be grateful, guys!

True. Thanks!

However FreeCommander XE appears to be some beta version. I wonder when they will publish something more mature...

FC-XE is indeed a beta, but it is stable and being actively updated. It won't crash your system or corrupt your data. You could have a look at the Beta Testing section of this forum to get an idea of current wishes and bugs. Mostly it's a matter of features people would like to have added, or features which don't work quite smoothly. But as far as daily work goes, it's as useable as the 2009 versions, plus has many useful new features. I've never wanted to go back to the earlier version in the months I've been using the beta.
