fccontextmenu64.exe accessing internet??

Why does fccontextmenu64.exe try to access 178.255.83.1? This IP resolves to ocsp.comodoca.com.

If I hit this IP through the web broswer it tries to d/l a file named lbdRwJWh.part that seems to be a binary file.

Whats up with this?

Check the digital signatures tab from properties of the fccontextmenu64.exe.
The signer of the signatur is COMODO.

What does that have to do with it trying to access the internet and grab a file?

1. how did you figure out it would connect somewhere?
2. have you possibly installed Comodo Internet security? maybe comodo found it's behaviour suspicious and sent it to comodo labs.
3. you can get the latest delphi version from the developer here:
