Can't display help files data

I have copied FreeCommander.chm and FreeCommander.chw to the FreeCommander folder in ProgramFiles(x86). When I click on HELP the file opens, but no contents are displayed for any of the folders (eg The Menus/File/View). Using Search does not display any contents.
