Is there a tutorial for FreeCommander?

I cannot manage to synchronize folders.
If there isn't a tutorial, can anyone give my a step-by-step guide on how to do it?
(In frustration, I have now downloaded the FreeSync program and that seems much easier to use.)

Maybe point 6. Synchronize helps:
