Useful Tool Options

It would be very convenient for tools to be opened in elevated mode by adding a configurable modifier key (SHIFT key for example). In addition, tools could also have another modifier (ALT key for example) to open selected file or open without passing selected file as parameter. These options--Open Elevated, Open with Selected, Open without Selected--could also be added to the context menu.
