I often open tabs with the same name for several different projects. They get confused too easily.
You should add the option to display the path for folder tabs.

Settings (F12) > View > Folder tabs > Tab Management > Show tooltip with path info.

I'm using it, but it's going to show up half a second later, and it's not very intuitive to use.It would be nice to have an option to display the parent directory, so the user can choose how many levels to display.

I understand, here is similar topic, so at least you're not alone, perhaps it could be added, you can use the workarounds, one is also in that topic, use custom names, but it works only for few tabs you're using often.
