feature request: combine File name & Search file content

Please make it so that its possible to search both File names and file content, in 1 search.
Make it a separate option with with at least these combinations: AND , OR
example:
search string: bogus
look for: file name [and/or] file contents
(Now you have to do separate search for contains and file names).
