Replace selected file(s) across the system or the users choosing

Let us say I have a file This is an exe.exe and I have this file in various locations throughout my system.
It would be nice to have a new feature to scan the system for that file and overwrite them.
This could be similar to the find option where it has these options.
Same principle as this superuser thread from someone.
