Limit auto resize column

Auto resizing of the Name column is useful and I want to use it, but I need to manually resize it sometime - it works, but it's auto-resized too often, even if I don't want it, e.g. creating new folder, file, copy, move, delete item.
I suggest to limit auto resize of the name column (perhaps as option), don't auto resize column for operations like: new folder, new name, copy, move, delete.
Alternatively, with the option "Lock view" it could also lock the columns and disable auto-resizing columns, even after tab change.
