Opacity / semi-transparency

Audio players have this feature often, AIMP for example.
My suggestions:
- Set custom opacity for whole FC window - if it's inactive only
- Set custom opacity for file list/tree panels only - if FC is inactive only
- Set custom opacity for inactive file list panel and tree, if FC is active
I'm not sure if it's possible to implement, I can set custom opacity for FC manually using external programs, but make FC semi-transparent if it's inactive could be useful, if using more windows, so it would be more intuitive, which window is active.
Perhaps at least as .ini option.
