Drag&drop - highlight a folder under the cursor

When drag&drop item to a folder/subfolder, to the same or another panel, highlight a folder under the cursor.
"Hot item" color could be used, current item is highlighted with this color already, but it does not work on drag&drop.
It would be useful to prevent copying/moving the item to wrong folder, which is more important now, with the QHD/4K displays.
If the "blocking transfer" is enabled, folder name is shown, but if it's disabled, it's not shown.
