Preserve quick filter history in all dialogs

Preserve the items in quick filter fields in dialogs like Search, Define action toolbars, Define keyboard shortcuts, and others.
Perhaps preserve the items per session, or even after FC restart, and if using the option "Delete history entries on close", remove entries on FC exit only.
