Copy/Move Dialog choose target while dilaog is open: ani3

This one is great time saver. With the Copy or Move dialog box open on screen, let us click on a folder in either panel so that the folder path updates the Target field of the dialog box. With the dialog open (non modal but stay on top) we should be able to select drives, tabs, and folders as well as being able to navigate to subfolders so that we can select our required target.

This is a reverse of typical file management thinking in that we initiate the Copy/Move function first and then define the particulars such as Target after FC has accepted our request. Standard thinking is that you have to first select your target folder in the opposite panel from where your source is, and then initiate the function.

FC already lets us initiate a Copy/Move and then select a target folder from history or from favorites. So let's go the next step and be able to select any folder as the target, using the existing FC panels. .

The Copy/Move dialog in the Delphi-written DTree for Windows freeware file manager behaves like this.

Nomad.net came close to this by adding a "Tree" button on the Copy and Move dialogs that would open up a separate window so users could navigate to a target folder. Their extra window approach is a needless complexity for the user when there was already a Tree/Folder/etc open in the program. The DTree way is more in tune with how people think.
