First of all Thanks a lot for this great software.

Second: Is it possible for FC to convert audio files like TC UP ?

Yes. Use Audioconverter plugin for TC.
Add it to the Archiver WCX plugins:

Then add the extensions you'd like it to handle (I've just added "amr.aiff.aac.flac.m4a.m4p.mp3.mpc.ogg.ra.raw.tta.vox.wav.wma.wavpack.ape.ofr.spx", no idea if they're all supported).

Select the file you need to convert and hit Alt+F5 (customizable):

Choose your new format, check your settings using Configure button, then Run.

Thanks for your answer.
Unfortunately it does not load some dll files. But the files are in that specified location.

I also noticed the error, but it still works for me if I hit OK (the settings window opens and you choose the desired output and hit OK again).
Might be a FC bug.

For me doesn't works. The result is an mp3 file corupted. Thanks anyway. In TC UP is interesting the way how it is assigned AIMP Converter.

Does this plugin can be set up in such a way, that there will be [always] a list of possible formats under the right click menu? The formats that I will choose for new files to have?

Currently I am using Free Audio Converter 4dots, which allows to put up to three formats in the shell menu. [But I also had to do some registry hacking in order to make those right click buttons entries available for various formats that I use, that in theory are not supported by that software but in reality they are if you force them on it]

I have also started using dBpoweramp Music Converter which is overall better - but it has that one big minus of having to navigate into entries nested in the shell menu. [I tried adjusting this nested menu in the Registry, but failed at it]

So still:
