Dos Command window in UNC path

#1 Post by jim » 14.03.2014, 06:59

The dos command window only opens in the local computer's c:\windows directory when the current tab/pane is a unc path such as \\servername\sharename, instead of a dos window in \\servername\sharename. If I do a dir in the dos window of a unc path, I expect to see the listing of \\servername\sharename. For this reason, I'm using xyplorer on my local machine. I don't want to have to map unc paths to local letter drives.
