Progress bar update

I love FreecommanderXE, I use it everyday. absolutely the best file manager for Windows, bar none. I gave a donations a while ago for a lifetime membership. I would donate another $100.00 or more let me know what would be a fair number, ( i do not mean to insult). if you would update the progress bar function:

1. So the progress bar would show time left for current and total progress

2. the progress bar could be customized with image file. example:
