New icons and rearrange the folder pathname area

The current icons on the right hand side are much to small and fiddly
Can you please rearrange the folder area and also possibly add a <- to go backto last folder, a -> to go to next folder, a ^ to go up, before the folder path? Similar to Directory Opus
Also, a quick icon on the right of the folder path, to copy the current folder to the other side (when having split screen)
It may not sound so important, but it really helps in the navigation
