Incorrect shortcut letter for Exit

#1 Post by qinglung » 03.09.2008, 12:11

Not really a bug but more of an annoyance.

On the File menu, both Edit and Exit have E as the shortcut letter, so when pressing E on the File menu, FC doesn't know which one to execute.

Most other programs use X as the shortcut letter for Exit. Nothing else uses X on this menu, so it should be possible to change, unless there is some other reason why it was done this way?

Really the lng file is not correct. You can open the file english.lng, find the line '121=&Exit' and change to '121=E&xit'.

Thanks, that solved it.

I thought it would be hardcoded in the EXE, if I knew it was that easy I would've done it long ago :D
