Adding Seperators To Different Categories Lists

#1 Post by FreewareFan » 30.10.2007, 22:44

I'm using the latest public release of FC, 2007.10 , and I run Windows XP Pro, Version 5.1 Build 2600 with SP2.

I believe I've found a bug in the Define Favorite Tools function.

I have a list of 8 different categories defined, with several programs within each category. When I click on the topmost category in the left pane, and then click the pull-down arrow on the Blue "Add to List" button, then select Divider, the program will insert a divider into the list of Items that I have defined. Those dividers are defined as ____1____ , _____2_____ , and so on. OK, this works great, but ONLY for the very first category in the left pane.

When I click on any other category, and then select Divider, it will NOT insert a divider at all! It will not insert a divider for any of the other 7 categories I have defined, only works for the very top one in the list on the left.

Would this be a bug, or is there something I am doing wrong?

Thanks!

I can confirm, it is a bug.
Workaround: for the second and other categories define the first divider self with 'Add to list' button:
- klick on items list
- klick on 'Add to list'
- enter as caption for the item '___10___'
- the next divider you can add from pull-down menu

I hope this help.

Thank you, Marek.

Your method works fine until you get the bug fixed.

Once again, I have nothing but praise for this wonderful program!!
