Reqst: Quick Filter Applied Only to Current Tab

It is inconvenient to have to disable a quick filter when navigating to a new tab in FreeCommander.

My suggestion is for a quick filter to apply to its parent tab only.

This means that the filter would become a persistent property of the tab, and NOT the file panel (as it currently is), in much the same way that the tree visibility is a property of the tab.
