Hi,
it would be nice if selection between views was shared. When there are two panels (views) present, it should be possible to select something from first one and then from second one, without loosing selection from first.
I have two folders containing some files that I would like to compare (KDiff, WinMerge), but there is no way to select them both from different folders.
Share selection between views.
Re: Share selection between views.
Why not?
Select the first file in left window and the second file in right window and go to File > Compare files
Your DiffTool must be set at Extras > settings > programs.

Re: Share selection between views.
Hey ralfso, thanks for your reply. I'll give it a try. Until now, I was just trying to right-click them to receive pop-up menu and call KDiff from there.
Still I think it would be a nice feature, when somebody would like to perform action not supported by FC. But I'm not so sure if it is worth effort to implement it.
