FreeCommander.ini Something Missing?

While looking through my .ini file, I've found the following:
under the section
[Form]
...
AddrBarInactiveBottomLineColor=536870911
=1
ViewerShowIconsInMenu=1
...

it seems there should be a setting name before the =1, or not? What's supposed to be there?
