Select color configurable

#1 Post by RuCla » 13.11.2007, 08:09

Hi.
I think it would be a nice feature to make the select color configurable. Is anything planned for that?
Best regards
Rudi

What exactly do you mean - "selected item" (Space/Insert), or "hover" color?

I meant the folders and the files which I can "mark" in the file lists of the two windows of free commander.
Especially the background and font color
Best regards

Hi Rudi,

this is a windows-setting not a FC-setting. Use the control-panel to change the color of selected items.

So it's the "hover" color? I think there should be an option in FC too, because in Windows we can use white background and in FC dark blue / black background, so for Windows windows it's OK, but not for FC.

I also see "hover" doesn't work for special files and folders, only for "normal" files.

Bump this then -

I have a wonderful dark blue background but marked files AND when using the filter function looks really bad.
Please make the colours user configurable.

Thanks

maa
