request: favorites button bar

Right now, the only way to access favorites is by menu or kb shortcuts. It'd be great if there was a favorites button bar, that gets actualized as we add new ones. That way we could move to the right place on a single click.

Open "Define favorite toolbars" dilaog Shift+Ctrl+Y and activate the visibility of the toolbars: in the toolbar list the checkbox.
