request: implement arrowbrowse

This is what I mean:

I can replicate it now in FCXE assigning 'right' to 'enter new folder', but this fails because when I'm in list mode, not details mode, I want the normal arrow navigation.

This arrowbrowse is also called 'lynx navigation' and it's incredibly effective.
