FC operations - minimize/restore dialog

If I delete or move the file which is in use, and I use option "Auto minimize", then the dialog is not restored on error.

I think the operation dialog should be always restored on error. Perhaps even the dialog title might be changed, e.g. from "Move" to "Move (error)".
