Request: "Flat" theme option

Please consider an option to "flatten" the 3-D elements of the display.
Currently the file list headers, the file-list scroll bars, and the QuickFilter boxes are set to display the 3-D effect. Also, the toolbars have etched borders, dividing them from the menu and from the screen elements below them.
This is very "old-school" and though some users may still prefer the old look, the future will be much "flatter".
XE would look more "modern" and almost "Windows 8-like" if the user had the option to suppress the etched dividing lines and the 3-D chrome.
