Salvete!
In the "Define Favourite Toolbars" dialogue, there is a place to specify a file for the icon source. You can browse to your icon or icon library.
Now, I find that whenever I need to use a custom icon, I always have to browse to find my icon library (I have three that I use for the whole computer, for all my custom icons).
I would like to be able to specify the default so I don't have to always browse for it.
Maybe the "File:" box could be prefilled with my specified default, and there could be a checkbox to denote whether to use what is specified in the "File:" box.
Or, instead, and this would be easier and probably more intuitive, we could specify the initial directory where the browsing [for the icon source] begins. Then, when you click browse, you don't have to find the folder that contains your icon source.
