Hmmm... I am used to having problems like this with Explorer, but here is one I have with FCXE:
I am cleaning out an old backup folder on the server.
So I am browsing the directory via UNC path on the Admin's share (like I always do).
After I've copied and zipped the files I want to keep, there are some there I want to delete.
When I try to delete them, I get this:
"File In Use
The action can't be completed because the file is open in FreeCommander - freeware file manager for Windows
Close the file and try again
Thumbs.db..."
And, of course, we know what thumbs.db is - but how and why is FC locking it? LockHunter says nothing is locking it.
I have a suggestion here - maybe FC can have a built-in option to unlock files? Anyway, I don't see what is locking the files at all.
