619 + Win8/64 + 120%: Settings dialog not tall enough

Some settings (in the settings dialog) are inaccessible on my system. The dialog panel isn't tall enough at 120% font size to show all of the embedded settings frame.
Please consider allowing the user to resize the settings dialog.
