Suggestion: Separate color for active tab in inactive panel

I wish for a new (additional) color setting for tabs: Active tab in inactive panel. This way the active tab colors could be selected to always match the folder path backcolors of BOTH panels: a sort of rolodex effect for the file panels.

In the active panel in the image above, the active tab color matches the folder path backcolor. But in the inactive panel, the active tab does not match the folder path backcolor, which breaks the rolodex metaphor.

The color option mentioned above would fix this minor visual inconsistency. In the above case, the user would select white for the active tab in the inactive panel to maintain the rolodex effect for the inactive panel as well as the active one.

Not a big deal or anything, but would be nice to have.

Implemented in 663, but I'd like to change only the "highlight" color for inactive panel - from blue to grey, which would still indicate the active tab, but it would be intuitive that it's inactive panel.

However, just the "highlight" color can't be changed for active tab / inactive panel. Marek, could you add it please?

The "highlight" color for active tab / inactive panel added in 664, thanks, Marek!
