@wrbird
Your problem is that you have not set the option "Auto save settings - on exit".
The changes on Favorite Toolbars are saved if the option is active or you perform Tools->Save settings.
Favorite Toolbars Locations Aren't Being Saved
Re: Favorite Toolbars Locations Aren't Being Saved
That's definitely not the problem. I have a save settings icon set up on my toolbar and always save settings manually when I make a change.
Re: Favorite Toolbars Locations Aren't Being Saved
In fact - Tools->Save settings - does not save currently the toolbars position.
As workaround you can use now "Auto save settings - on exit".
Fixed for the next release.

Yay! Thanks Marek!

good luck, I lost my faith regarding fixes on this and some other bugs alreadywrbird wrote:Hey NumberOne, you may want to keep an eye on the thread that you mentioned below. I'm working with Marek on this issue now.
in my experience many (of my) bug reports are 100% repro but will not be fixed, eg. the friggin drag & drop issues.
well, maybe its the free components (XE uses), windows or damn borland fault, who knows.
me tinkers its not always a good idea to rely on premade libraries. i wish i could code and create a better universe.
Re: Favorite Toolbars Locations Aren't Being Saved
I haven't experience your other issues you've mentioned. But I'll be shocked if this issue isn't fixed on next release as Marek stated. I've worked extensively with Marek on a number of issues for years, dating back to FC2009. He's always addressed and fixed them. So hoping for the best on this one also.
