[fixed, thank you] Shortcut bug: Set active panel to 75%

Set active panel to 75% --> Ctrl+6(Num) doesn't work any longer
Set active panel to 25% --> Ctrl+3(Num) doesn't work any longer

problem started with version 721 (v.720 is o.k.)

Confirmed in 723 x64. 50% doesn't work either. Not just shortcut's but also the context menu items don't work.

EDIT: double click to set 50/50 doesn't work either.
