761 - Wide tabs if close button option is enabled

If option "Show close button on active tab" is enabled" and option "Maximum length of the tab title" is 5.
It's not a big issue, but when using small window mode, less tabs can be opened without scrolling.

- make main FC window small, create 4 tabs in the panel
- set option "Maximum length of the tab title" to 5
- 4 tabs are visible on the left panel
- enable option "Show close button on active tab"
= only 3 tabs are visible on the left panel, tabs without X button are wider than before

Unfortunatelly, I can not change it.
