The ijl15.dll file is not present in the 64-bit donor distribution. It *is* present in the public distribution (32-bit).

Should it be included in the 64-bit donor distribution? Or is it intentionally not present?

If it's intentionally omitted, how is it's functionality accomplished in the 64-bit donor version?

ijl15.dll is not needed for the 64 bit version.
For the 64 bit version I use ielib64.dll.
