Help file right panel is empty

Just updated to the latest FC XE donor and also downloaded the help file, renamed the old one, and installed the new one in the data directory where the old *.chm file used to be.
But the right pane (the side with the all the information) is blank. It is blank for all topics.
When I tried to view the help file outside of FC, it also showed a blank. So it seems to be a problem with either the help file or perhaps the help software is incompatible.
Is this a known problem? How can I fix it?

It's apparently a Window's safety "feature". You have to right-click on the chm file and then unblock it.
