Feature Request: File Syncronization Rules

Hi,
I know it's a relatively significant request, but I keep finding myself needing to be able to filter files in the folder synchronization process that require more than just a name filter. E.g. I'll often want to copy a sub-folder, but only files within it that are *.avi and are less than 200 Mb.
Currently I don't think this is possible.
