813 BETA - Small icons in toolbar are showing white border when large icons are not.

Issue is only with custom icons.

There was an issue posted here about white borders around icons.

It seems with the address bar enabling the large icons fixes this but the issue still remains in the small ones.

Sometimes it is very difficult to properly scale an image. The size of the icon in address bar is 20x20. If you take an icon of this size, there are no problems.

So the icon png has to match that of the icon setting?

I've stuck with the large icon set in the end.
