[BUG REPORT - OS: W10 - FC: Version 813 - Arch. 64bit] App crash when launched by freecommander

I have some compatibility issue with latest 64bit freecommander donors edition, I have the latest windows security patch, my windows version is Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18363.657] and is 64bit home edition. When launch some apps through freecommander, these apps crash, if launch the same app through Explorer run fine. I have this issue only with version 813 of FC (64bit). To reproduce the BUG:

Example of Acrobat Readder DC:

1. Click on the desktop icon of FC (is running as administrator)
2. Through FC open a PDF file (Adobe Reader DC crashes)
3. Open TaskManager and terminate Adobe Reader DC crashed.
4. Open Explorer
5. Through Explorer open a PDF file (Adobe Reader DC works fine).
6. End

Some other apps refuse to work properly if launched by FC.

You won! Yes, now FC run fine.

NB: before version 813 this not happened and even if FC was set with administrator privilege in the compatibility tab the bug wasn't present.

BUG introduced with version 813?

In normal work, you should never start the programs as an administrator.
