818 - New files / folders not always detected

818 Donor 64-bit on Win7
This is one of those bugs that I dislike reporting, because it happens less than 50% of the time. I have not calculated exactly how often it happens, but I very roughly estimate it to be 20% of the time.
When I use a third-party's application's context menu to unzip a zip file, sometimes FC does not show the resultant files or folders automatically. If I manually refresh FC, they appear.
I have tested this with 2 third-party applications: 7-Zip and PeaZip. Both are open-source and free.
I tested using a single local internal hard drive.
