821 - Repeated F10 causes right-creep of vertical divider in second panel

This was reported before, with 820. It has not been fixed in 821. The program is unusable in this condition when F10 is used twice to toggle split-screen vs. single panel and back to split-screen. Each pair of F10 moves the divider another "incremental unit" shift to the right.
Pullin the divider left has only temporary effect, no matter how many "incremental units of shift" to the right the divider has already moved. If F10 is used to go to single panel and then F10 to go to split screen again, the divider returns all the way back to the right plus one more additional "incremental unit of shift".

Going back to 819 as the only solution. 820/821 is unusable as is.
