840 - Minor - /size=800x600 parameter issue

/size=800x600 parameter does not work if using without /NewIni= - 800x600 size just blinks and it's changed to last used, from ini file.

I'm not sure, but command line parameter should have higher priority than ini option.

FC 840 64-bit donor, Windows 10 20H2 64-bit.
