843 - Corner/position bug
Posted: 19.02.2021, 17:33
I already reported this bug, it looks it's partly back and partly I found new situations.
#1 Main FC window
- move the FC window to top-left or bottom-left corner
- restart FC
= window is moved right, few pixels from left screen edge
#2 Search, Settings, Define shortcuts, Define action toolbars, Define favorite toolbars windows (but Multi rename is OK)
- move the window to top-left or bottom-left corner
- close window
- re-open the window
= window is moved right, few pixels from left screen edge
#3 Main FC window
- move the window to bottom-left or bottom-right screen corner and a bit off screen (so that X button and status bar text would be partly invisible)
- close window
- re-open the window
= window is moved few pixels right, or left, so few pixel gap is visible, bottom position is preserved, few pixels off screen
#4 Search, Settings, Define shortcuts, Define action toolbars, Define favorite toolbars windows (probably all, tested just few)
- move the window to bottom-left or bottom-right screen corner and a bit off screen
- close window
- re-open the window
= window is moved few pixels right/left and few pixels up, so few pixel gap is visible in the corner (bottom-left/bottom-right)
#3 and #4 are not so important, only if the window is moved exactly to the corner, position should be preserved, at least for main window, search, multi rename and viewer.
It looks that Viewer window position is always preserved correctly in every screen corner, even if the window is few pixels off screen.
