0.520 TO: not populated in Outlook when sending bug report

I have encountered numerous crashes with 0.520 version of EX. EX offers to send a bug report and I work through the 3 panels (description + screenshot) and Outlook displays an email, but the To field is not populated.
What email address should I use for bug reports?
