550 - Cursor moves and loses marked status on file drop

Say you have files sorted by Date descending in a pane. If you place the cursor on a file in that pane, and then another process drops a newer file into that directory (like a download from a browser or a Usenet client), the cursor unmarks and moves up one position. The cursor should remain on the entry where it was and remain marked.

Settings -> View -> File/Folder list -> Refresh -> both Auto refresh checkboxes are checked but Add new items at end of list is not checked

FC 2009.02b also did this. However, 2009.02b correctly handled dropping a newer file into the pane from the other pane. The 0.0.0.550 makes the same mistake outlined above even if you drop a newer file from the other pane!
